Communications could be a lot better. I have been a Broker for over 30 years now and retired. I still do a few transactions a year. When I was very active in the business I had my favorite escrow officers, they have all retired now as I have. The communications with all of the previous escrow officers was much better. I think that a phone call when escrow is opened puts a personnel touch and makes everyone feel better about the attention Chicago title is giving their transaction.
